Do you ship worldwide?

For now AYDO Studios only ship in Denmark.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

You can contact our customer service for changing your order and we will change it if it hasn’t been shipped by sending us an e-mail at support@aydostudios.com.

When will I receive my order?

When you have made your order, we will ship it as soon as possible and it will arrive at a GLS package shop within 1-5 weekdays.

When the freight company has picked up your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking link of your order.

If for some reason you did not receive an email, please contact our customer service at support@aydostudios.com.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping when you make an order over DKK 750,- // € 100,-.

Can I return my order?

If you are not happy with the products you can of course return your order and receive a full refund. You will have a total of 14 days to make up your mind. Just make sure you deliver it back in the same state as you received it in. If the return does not fulfill our return policy we will not accept the return and send the package back to you.

Do you offer free returns?

We do not offer free returns at the moment but would love to help you as much as possible. So, always feel welcome to contact our customer service. We will answer within 24 hours on weekdays.

How do I make a return?

When making a return, please contact us at support@aydostudios.com claiming your return with your order number and full name.

When sending back the package, please send it to our warehouse at this address:

Our customers at Sealand can contact us directly for a quick return or exchange by dropping by our office in Copenhagen or warehouse in Vipperød.

We are ready to meet you at the office or warehouse every day from Monday to Friday from 10h to 15h.

How long until I get a refund?

As soon as we have received your return, we will send a confirmation email stating the return and give you a full refund for your returned items. From refunding your payment it can take up to 5 business days until you receive them in your bank account.
